THECamera is a browser-based, client-side camera feature provided solely for instant photo capture and download for personal and recreational use.

THECamera:

• Is not linked to any database, server storage system, or user account;

2. Camera Permission Usage

Camera access is requested only when a user visits and interacts with THECamera page at:

Camera permission:

• Is requested and controlled entirely by the user’s web browser and operating system;

• Is active only while the user is connected to THECamera page;

• Is automatically terminated once the user exits, closes, refreshes, or navigates away from the THECamera page.

Camera access is not permanent and does not persist beyond the active session of THECamera.

All other pages on www.thebrg.com.my, including but not limited to:

• Home page

• Informational pages

• Product or service pages

do not request, require, or access camera permissions.

It is safe to browse all other sections of our website without granting any camera access.

THEBRG Enterprise expressly declares that:

• No photos, images, videos, or camera data are collected, uploaded, transmitted, stored, processed, retained, or archived by us;

• All image capture and processing occur locally on the user’s device only;

• No captured media is routed through or saved on any server, database, cloud infrastructure, or third-party service operated or controlled by THEBRG Enterprise;

5. No Access, Viewing, or Control

THEBRG Enterprise:

• Does not have the technical capability to view the live camera feed;

• Cannot see, access, store, download, duplicate, retrieve, or distribute any captured images;

• Does not monitor, intercept, track, or analyze camera activity or captured content.

All photos remain solely under the control and possession of the user.

6. Transparency of Operation

THECamera is designed using standard client-side web technologies and operates in a transparent manner consistent with modern browser privacy and security standards.

Users retain full control over browser permissions and may review, manage, or revoke camera access at any time through their browser or device settings.

7. User Ownership and Responsibility

All images captured using THECamera are:

• Fully owned by the user;

• Stored only on the user’s local device;

• Managed, retained, shared, or deleted at the user’s sole discretion.

THEBRG Enterprise assumes no ownership, custody, or responsibility for user-generated images.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• THEBRG Enterprise shall not be liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of images arising from the user’s device, browser configuration, operating system, or third-party software;
